The first step is always to analyze the storage media to identify the nature of the problem and the extent of the damage. Each job is unique and will vary according to the type of storage media, storage capacity, type of files and operating system. Standard service level provides you with the results of the Analysis within 2 working days. Express service is available with immediate start up and 7-hour response. The damage assessment report tells the customer what we can recover, how much time it will take and how much it will cost. It is up to the customer then to decide whether they should go ahead with the recovery. We supply the data on whatever medium the customer specifies.
